Cancellation of membership
Providing that written notice is received no later than 14 working days before the renewals due date of 31 March each year or the collection date (if paying by DD), a full refund will be made. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after this date. Written notice should be emailed to nhivna@nhivna.org or by post to NHIVNA Secretariat, Medivents Ltd, Devonshire Business Centre, Works Road, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1GJ.
Conference registration cancellation policy
Providing that written notice is received six weeks before the conference, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after this date, although it will be possible to substitute a delegate of the SAME FEE CATEGORY up to the date of the conference. If the meeting cannot be held for any reason, the Conference Organiser's liability will be limited to offering a registration place at a future NHIVNA Annual Conference.
